Busy Hectic Life

Okay I know I have been gone for a little while, okay a long while. But to my defense. I have had a horse show, a county fair, and a family emergency.

To start, the horse show was for the cowpoke kids and 4H. Both of my kiddos did awesome. My oldest cowgirl broke out in a lope. Which is truly amazing considering we barely trot. The little cowboy did awesome and Cowboy took one of our horses and did great.

Little Cowboy had a pig to show at our local county fair and he received a red ribbon for that. Not bad for his first time with a pig. The fair was great but, hectic. We spend the good part of 4 days at the fair barn.

Then this last weekend we thought we would get a relaxing weekend but, didn't happen. I get a call on Friday afternoon that my dad has passed out and had a seizure at work. He is rushed to ER and the run all the fun test on him and find a mass in the soft tissue of his brain. He ended up having to have surgery on Sunday and now we get to patiently ( mind you I have no patience) wait for his pathlogey reports to find out what the mass is. So I have spend the last several days at the hospital.

Mind you my house looks like a bomb went off and I am pretty sure my horses and dogs have forgot who I am.

Please pray for my dad and that his path reports come back clean and that the surgery is the only thing he is going to have to endure.
Thanks

That's great that your kiddos did so well at the show!!! What fun!!
Sorry to hear about your Dad, I will be praying for good results from the lab!! I have a brain tumor but they feel that it is benign and don't want to operate. It doesn't bother me at all at this point so hopefully it will stay that way. Tell your Dad that I am thinking of him way up here in Maine!!
